A limited number of parking spaces are available for a fee in the designated parking areas at the Facility on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested in parking, please contact the Leasing Office.

Price shown is the Base Monthly Installment. In addition to these charges, Residents are required to pay the following: One Time Application Fee ($50 per applicant), One Time Administration Fee ($150 per applicant) and Refundable Security Deposit ($100 per account if applicant has a qualified guarantor or equivalent of 1 month installment if no guarantor). Utilities included in Base Monthly Installment: Cable, Internet, Trash, and Gas. Utilities not included in Base Monthly Installment: Electric (varies based on usage), Water/Sewer (sub-metered billing applies), and other utility related fees ($4.50 one-time fee and $5.50 monthly billing fee applies). Monthly Credit Builder Fee of $8.95 unless you opt out prior to billing start. You will also be required to provide proof of liability coverage, or you will be automatically enrolled in a policy which costs $13.50 per month.
