Project Information
The Standard at Dinkytown is a 17-story student housing development currently under construction along 6th St SE between 14th Ave SE and 15th Ave SE. Project completion is scheduled for Fall 2025. As the construction of the development continues, Landmark Construction will provide frequent updates on construction activities and information important to our surrounding neighbors.
- Structure – under construction with an estimated completion of Fall 2024
- Façade – under construction with an estimated completion of early Spring 2025
- Landscape – slated to start construction in Fall of 2024 with an estimated completion of late Spring 2025
